Content Marketing Executive

to join their team of

200+ expert digital marketing professionals

. Your responsibility is to manage content creation and campaign execution for multiple international brands with audiences of over a million followers and subscribers. In this role, you will take ownership of social media content and campaign coordination, working closely with international teams—requiring high-quality delivery and clear communication.The client you’ll work with is a

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Planning

  • Create engaging, platform-specific social posts that capture attention and spark conversations.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for blogs, landing pages, and campaign wireframes that drive results.
  • Own the monthly content calendar—plan ahead, align with campaign goals, and keep brands consistently visible.

Campaign Coordination

  • Turn ideas into clear, actionable design briefs and collaborate closely with creative teams.
  • Partner with web teams to shape compelling landing page copy and layouts.
  • Lead the execution of multiple brand campaigns at once, ensuring deadlines and quality are never compromised.

Influencer Outreach

  • Spot and connect with the right micro-influencers who match brand voice and audience.
  • Build and manage simple but effective collaboration programs, including product seeding.

AI-Assisted Writing

  • Use AI tools responsibly for drafting/editing, ensuring polished and brand-true content.
  • Always refine outputs to ensure content feels authentic, polished, and true to the brand.

Client Communication

  • Join daily video calls to present ideas, share progress, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as a trusted content partner to client stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident in live client communication.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Teams, Google Workspace, content calendars, etc.).
  • Ability to create clear briefs and evaluate content quality.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Reddit publishing etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of tracking metrics (engagement, CTR, UTM tags).
  • Prior experience handling large-scale audiences (millions of subscribers/ followers).
  • Agency mostly work with Global wholesaler & exclusive distributor across IT hardware and eco-friendly beauty brands agencies so if you have experience on this that will be preferable.
