About Position:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Content Manager to oversee content editing, publishing, and quality control across our global websites, including consumer-facing brands. This role plays a key part in ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines, while supporting a seamless and accessible user experience across multiple markets.

What You'll Do:

• Content Editing & Management

• Edit, publish, and maintain content across multiple global websites.
• Build and update pages using Storyblok CMS.
• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
• Conduct regular content audits and quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate translation processes to maintain multilingual content consistency.

• Content Quality

• Maintain high editorial standards across all web content.
• Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure content integrity.
• Enforce accessibility standards to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities.

• User Experience (UX)

• Structure and present content to enhance overall user experience.
• Support UX design tasks to ensure content complements design and navigation strategies.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with the web team to plan and execute prioritized activities.
• Provide guidance and feedback to content creators and external contributors.
• Support website migrations and contribute to the global web roadmap.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in content management for global or multi-market websites.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Storyblok preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and editorial skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Familiarity with UX principles and content structuring for optimal user experience.
• Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across teams and contributors.
• Experience working in multilingual content environments.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for web content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
