- Editorial Planning & Calendar Ownership
Run a predictable content engine calendar, workflows, SLAs ensuring timely, consistent delivery across channels.
- Platform-Native Writing & Storytelling
Craft compelling copy for web, social, email, video scripts, and print maintaining brand voice and clarity.
Drive non-branded organic traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, topical clusters, and internal linking.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Define KPIs (reach, CTR, engagement, conversions), build dashboards, and turn insights into experiments and measurable improvements
- Cross-Platform Content Production & Repurposing
Orchestrate assets across web/social/video/print; repurpose hero content into derivatives to scale efficiently.
- Team Leadership & Quality Governance
Mentor creators, set QA standards, manage vendors/agencies, and maintain brand consistency and accessibility compliance.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate business objectives into content plans; streamline briefs, approvals, and alignment with marketing, product, and design.
- Tooling & Operations Excellence
Proficiency with CMS, analytics, SEO tools, project management, and automation/scheduling platforms to reduce cycle time.
Narrative & Brand Building
Create impactful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, elevate thought leadership, and strengthen share of voice.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Content Manager.
- Candidates with a journalistic background will be strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to craft content that drives engagement and supports strategic goals.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and analytics tools.
