Key Responsibilities Operations & Equipment Maintenance Attend equipment breakdowns and resolve them promptly; escalate per defined matrix if unresolved within specified time. Identify issues causing production loss or high rejection rates and implement corrective actions. Maintain and improve equipment uptime and reliability. Ensure damaged spares are discarded at designated locations and coordinate repair dispatches. People Management Coordinate attendance and leave plans for off-roll maintenance executives. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university. Good academic standing preferred. Experience 2–5 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer, preferably in solar or semiconductor manufacturing . Experience in plant start-ups, lean maintenance systems , and automated manufacturing environments is advantageous. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong troubleshooting skills in equipment controls involving PLCs, PCs, robotics. Knowledge of electropneumatic, vacuum systems , and automated systems is a plus. Computer literacy and project management capabilities.
