Job Responsibilities:

1. YouTube Content Operations Management

• Plan and oversee daily content uploads, scheduling, and organization for clients.
• Create and manage playlists to optimize content discovery.
• Develop and publish vertical videos, shorts, and other engaging formats.

2. Social Media Management

• Oversee cliemt’s other social media platforms.
• Develop strategies for audience growth and engagement.
• Optimize content for better reach and monetization.

3. Content Acquisition & Partnerships

• Engage with content rights holders, production houses, and digital content creators.
• Negotiate and execute content acquisition deals, including revenue-sharing agreements.
• Identify emerging content trends and secure exclusive rights to high-quality content.

4. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop new content categories to enhance our offerings.
• Collaborate with local teams to create fresh and innovative content.
• Ensure alignment with audience preferences and industry trends.

Who We're Looking For:
