Position: Content Manager

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in handling content & social media for a Luxury Brand.
Qualification: Degree handling content & social media for a Luxury Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the brand’s entire content strategy across channels.
• Build and maintain a luxury + Ayurveda-driven tone of voice.
• Create monthly/quarterly content calendars for campaigns and launches.
• Write video scripts, copy, and creative concepts, website & A+ content (on Amazon, Nykaa etc.) for new launches
• Oversee photo and video shoots with strong creative direction
• Coordinate shoot logistics, product samples, briefs, and timelines.
• Identify trends and create high-performing, culturally relevant content.
• Collaborate with design, performance, PR, and e-commerce teams.
• Ensure all content is accurate, premium, and brand-aligned.
• Coordinate with in-house design team, agencies and freelancer
• Track and organise all creative assets and versions.
• Coordinate with and assist with influencer content approvals and reposts.
• Organise UGC visuals & testimonials from customers at stores.
• Oversee the daily content across social platforms (IG, YT, FB, Pinterest).
• Develop reels ideas, trending formats, captions, hooks, and scripts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
