Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead the development and execution of content-driven strategies across 360° platforms , including Digital, OTT, and TV . This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in content planning, influencer marketing, experiential campaigns, and IP development . The candidate will be responsible for crafting monthly content decks, leading influencer-led content initiatives, and aligning storytelling across platforms and formats. With 3–5 years of experience, the ideal candidate brings a mix of content sensibility, campaign strategy, and hands-on execution skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that content narratives are impactful, brand-aligned, and optimized for performance across all consumer touchpoints—from digital ecosystems to on-ground brand experiences. Job Title: Content Manager Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3–5 years Industry: Media & Entertainment / Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency Requirements • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. • Experience : 3–5 years in Content Strategy and influencer marketing, with a strong background in media activation, budgeting, and cross-platform partnerships. • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools. • Communication & Negotiation : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage high-value relationships effectively. • Analytical & Budgeting Mindset : Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, manage budgets efficiently, and derive actionable insights. • Project Management : Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns and budget allocations simultaneously. Responsibilities • Influencer Strategy & Campaign Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including influencer identification, onboarding, budgeting, content creation, and performance analysis. • Media Activation & Cross-Platform Integration : Plan and execute media activations across various platforms, including TV, OTT, and digital channels. Collaborate with media agencies and production teams to ensure budget adherence and seamless integration of influencer content. • Partnership & Budget Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, media partners, and OTT platforms. Negotiate contracts, manage collaboration terms, and oversee campaign budgeting to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness. • Performance Analysis & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI. Prepare detailed reports, manage financial reconciliations, and provide actionable insights for future optimization. • Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with internal teams, including creative, social media, and PR, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and budget alignment.
