Position Overview

Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all

    federal, state, and local labor laws

    , as well as industry-specific regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and update

    compliance policies and legal documentation

  • Conduct

    regular audits and risk assessments

    to identify compliance gaps and propose corrective measures.
  • Provide

    training and awareness programs

    to employees on legal and compliance matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, grievances, and disputes effectively.
  • Oversee

    ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance

    , ensuring timely submission of all statutory returns.
  • Maintain detailed

    compliance records, registers, and reports

    as per organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with management to discuss compliance issues, risk management, and policy improvements.
  • Keep abreast of

    changes in laws, regulations, and HR best practices

  • Utilize HR software and compliance tracking tools for monitoring and reporting.

  • Ensure

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education

    : Postgraduate in Management or related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred)

    : HRIS, Strategic HRM, Payroll Management.
  • Experience

    : Minimum 8 years of industry experience (with at least 3 years continuous tenure in the last organization).
  • Industry Preference

    : Manufacturing sector.
