Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Officer based in Avanashi. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing and ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing adherence to company policies, and conducting regular audits. The Compliance Officer will also develop and implement compliance programs, coordinate with internal departments, and provide training and guidance on compliance issues. Additionally, the role involves monitoring financial transactions and preparing reports for management review.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate complex information
• Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external coordination
• Knowledge of Finance and related regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a compliance role within the garment or manufacturing industry is a plus
