Compliance Officer

You will be working as a Compliance Officer at our company located in Avanashi. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This will involve conducting compliance audits, developing and implementing compliance programs, analyzing and mitigating compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating compliance-related information and updates to relevant stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, along with excellent analytical skills to assess risks effectively. Your communication skills will be crucial as you will need to liaise with various stakeholders. Familiarity with finance and financial regulations, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are also essential. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Having relevant experience in the garment or manufacturing industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required for this position.,
