Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer located in Avanashi. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key tasks include conducting compliance audits, developing and implementing compliance programs, analyzing and mitigating compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The Compliance Officer will also communicate compliance-related information and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to assess risk
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with finance and financial regulations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
