Serving telecom operators, ISPs, system integrators, and government bodies, we maintain a vast distributorship and dealer network across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensure all products comply with international and regional standards (e.g., IEEE, MSA, RoHS, REACH, CE, UL, FCC, and BIS certifications).

2.Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and checklists for products and optical components.

3.Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance of manufacturing, testing, and packaging processes.

4.Maintain up-to-date records of certifications, test reports, and declarations for all products.

5.Liaise with R&D, Quality Control, and Production teams to ensure compliance is built into every stage of product development.

6.Coordinate with external testing labs and certification agencies for product approvals.

7.Track changes in compliance regulations and standards and update internal teams accordingly.

8.Prepare and present compliance reports and corrective action plans to management.

9.Support customer inquiries regarding product compliance and documentation.

10.Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

35 years of experience in compliance, testing, or quality assurance (preferably in the optical networking or telecom hardware industry).

Strong knowledge of optical product specifications and industry standards.

Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, ISO 9001, CE, UL, FCC and BIS certification processes.

Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools
