Compliance Officer

As a Compliance Officer with UK Healthcare experience, your role will involve: - Responsible for UK healthcare onboarding, prescreening, and maintenance. - Handling the onboarding process for social workers, AHP workers, nurses, doctors, and psychologists. - Chasing, verifying, and uploading documents as required. - Signing off files in accordance with client guidelines. - Maintaining regular contact with clients to assess staffing needs, obtain orders, and update them on employee availability. - Collaborating with team members to foster professional relationships with both clients and employees. - Establishing strong customer relationships to receive, review, and process client orders, while also anticipating their staffing requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1 year of experience in UK Healthcare compliance onboarding and maintenance. - Proficiency in working with NHS framework.
