Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Manager based in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Channel Sales Manager will oversee and manage channel partners, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and acquiring new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales activities to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT/networking industry is a plus
