Roles and Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies. Responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all external regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Assisting the legal department to communicate the associated statutory requirements with every applicable Industrial, Labour and Environmental regulatory and legal compliance. Researching the changes in rules and regulations, analysing their effect on the company and accordingly prepare/ draft procedures, processes, and policies to facilitate a better compliance stance in the company. Internal Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce internal compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure policies are followed. Getting update on every applicable Industrial, Labour and Environmental based regulatory and legislative changes and ensuring that developments in rules and policies are restructured and commensurate to industry practices, articles, policies, and systems. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, as required. Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities, audits, and investigations. Liaison with Regulatory Authorities: Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring the company meets all necessary reporting requirements. Coordinate audits by regulatory bodies and ensure timely resolution of findings. Qualification: Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field (Masters or Law degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a regulated industry. Having adequate work experience in compliance of legal requirements and control in various statutes under Industrial, Labour and Environmental laws with excellent communication skills.

Accounts Executive Reconciliation of Bank Accounts on daily basis: Reviewing and matching the company's bank account records with internal records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Journal Voucher Entries: Recording of journal entries into the accounting system for various transactions such as sales, expenses, adjustments, and other financial activities. Annual Audit Reports (Internal/External): Preparing or assisting in the preparation of both internal and external audit reports to ensure financial statements are accurate and in compliance with relevant regulations. Filing GST Return & Compliance Record: Ensuring that the company submits its Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns on time, maintains proper records, and complies with GST regulations. All Tax Payment & Return Working: Managing and ensuring all tax-related filings are done accurately.

Should have worked in procurement of basic packaging materials and office administration requirement Hands on experience on Product Development Candidate needs knowledge of logistics in India - shipping across States, Inventory management, dealing with distributors etc + knowledge of Export / Import - all necessary customs related procedures, documentation, ICE gate related work etc.
