Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Networking (LAN & WAN)
Capable to manage Routers & Managed / Unmanaged Switches.
Knowledge of Data Backup Maintenance Plan
Strong knowledge of Hardware Management is must
Concept of Firewall like SOPHOS
To manage the hardware and network related issues with the support from Local Vendors
Basic knowledge of software application is must.

Requirements

At least 2 + years of relevant experience in Networking & Hardware Support
Ability to End user support and training.
Good team player
Impressive communication skills
