Compliance Officer

In this role as a Compliance Officer at Times Internet, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the organization's full adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements, especially those mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Key Responsibilities: - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to RBI regulations and all relevant statutory requirements. - Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, manuals, and procedures. - Risk Assessment: Identify compliance risks, evaluate their impact, and implement effective mitigation strategies. - Training & Awareness: Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and management. - Audit Interface: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, manage RBI inspections, and regulatory audits. - Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to the Board and relevant regulatory authorities promptly. - Financial Management: Supervise financial operations, including budgeting, expense control, and cash flow management. - Capital Adequacy: Monitor Net Owned Fund (NOF) requirements, capital adequacy ratios, and devise funding strategies to ensure compliance.
