Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to attract, assess, and hire top talent for the organization
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and align talent acquisition efforts accordingly
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance requirements related to talent acquisition
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand
  • Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support for their professional development
  • Continuously explore innovative recruitment technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing a talent acquisition team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and other relevant technologies
  • Thorough understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and legal compliance requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business partners
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative recruitment initiatives
