About the role
As a trusted Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our Compensation & Benefits strategy and operations globally. ensuring alignment with the company’s Global Compensation & Benefits Strategy. You will be part of a global C&B PMO team, which leads the design and implementation of our largest global projects and initiatives. You will engage in project management, planning, execution, and delivery of key compensation processes such as the annual compensation cycle, Workday enhancements, incentive system design, and workforce architecture maintenance. You will use your data first mindset and project management skills to help deliver projects on time, with quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and implement global compensation programs and projects
- Taking a leading part in the Workday requirements design, testing and execution for items such as Annual Bonus and Merit Increase Planning, ensuring Workday system readiness and deploying guidelines, providing respective training to stakeholders
- Taking a leading part in the Workday enhancement projects, testing, acting as a Compensation SME for Workday matters, optimizing system functionality
- Complete data audits and demonstrate a solid understanding of handling EIBs, mass loads and data validations
- Working closely with HR, Finance, EIT, TA and Payroll teams to optimize compensation and benefits processes and their implementation in Workday
- Support job architecture and mapping evaluations, collaborating with global and local HR teams to advance the global Workforce Architecture (WFA)
- Participate in salary, benefits, and market surveys, analyzing cost trends to benchmark company compensation programs
- Provide strategic consultation to HR on compensation decisions, policies, and guidelines
- Develop dashboards and analyze data to drive decision making
- Ensure governance for all compensation and benefits processes, driving compliance and efficiency
- Contribute to transformational Compensation & Benefits projects, providing expertise to ensure successful delivery
- Manage monthly, bi-annual, and annual accruals, forecasts, and simulations
- Develop and implement pay range structures, ensuring competitive compensation frameworks
- Support global mobility cases and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related field
- Strong expertise in Workday, particularly in compensation and benefits modules, Core and Advanced Compensation, previous experience with running merit cycles, bonus payout cycles in Workday
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, managing complex projects with end-to-end ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English
