About Winpe


Winpe (www.winpeforum.com) is a not-for-profit focused on enhancing representation of women across roles and levels in the investing ecosystem through multiple initiatives designed to bolster both the demand and supply for diverse professional talent.


Role Summary:

The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing Winpe’s vibrant community of women investors, professionals, and founders across the PEVC ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing high-impact initiatives and community engagement programs in a way that creates maximum value for members of this community. The ideal candidate will be a people's person with the proven ability to understand different communities, build engagement and foster connections while preserving the uniqueness of the Winpe network.


Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth & Engagement:

  • Lead the growth and engagement of Winpe’s communities of women in investing and women entrepreneurs and women seeking investing careers  
  • Build a strong sense of belonging and enhance affinity to Winpe through meaningful engagement models.  
  • Maintain deep insights into each community's needs, aspirations, and expectations from Winpe and translate this understanding into suggestions for program enhancements and new offerings.

Program Development & Execution:

  • Design and lead engagement programs in a way that reflects a solid understanding of each community's preferences and needs.  
  • End-to-end responsibility for design, execution, coordination and oversight, including ensuring the presence of robust SOPs for high quality delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Ongoing analysis and tracking of community engagement both quantitative and qualitative, program impact and outcome metrics. Use data to inform decision-making and demonstrate outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner across different functional teams to ensure seamless coordination, delivery, and scaling of programs and initiatives.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in community management and/or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; genuine interest in understanding people.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with AI tools that support efficiency 
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
