Job Description – Community Manager Location: RAW Coworking (Malviya Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar – Jaipur) Reports To: General Manager Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and dynamic Community Manager to lead operations, client relations, and community engagement across our coworking centers. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth operations, foster a thriving community, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations OversightEnsure seamless functioning of coworking facilities (internet, utilities, air conditioning, housekeeping). Conduct regular inspections of workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, and washrooms. Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for maintenance. Oversee supervisors and office staff, ensuring completion of daily tasks. 2. Client & Sales ManagementHandle inquiries, conduct tours, and convert leads into memberships. Manage onboarding: documentation, payments, orientation. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Plan client-focused events and initiatives to enhance community engagement. 3. Team LeadershipLead supervisors, interns, and support staff. Assign daily tasks, track progress, and conduct performance reviews. Provide training, mentoring, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. 4. Community EngagementActively engage with clients to create a collaborative and welcoming environment. Organize networking events, workshops, and activities to foster interaction. Address client concerns and ensure positive experiences. 5. Reporting & CommunicationSubmit weekly and monthly reports on operations, sales, client feedback, and team performance. Escalate critical issues to founders and collaborate on strategic improvements. 6. Compliance & SecurityEnforce safety and security protocols, monitor access controls, and manage emergencies. Regularly review CCTV footage and oversee all RAW Coworking centers. 7. Professional Development: Stay updated on coworking trends, best practices, and industry developments. Participate in trainings, workshops, and industry events. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven team management and leadership abilities. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently. Event planning and community engagement experience. Sales mindset with a customer-first approach. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in operations, client relations, or community management. Experience in coworking, hospitality, or real estate industry is an added advantage. Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary + Retention Bonus (as per company policy).
