Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering a supportive and engaging environment within the forum. Daily tasks include moderating discussions, addressing user concerns, creating and implementing community guidelines, organizing virtual events, and promoting active participation. The Community Manager will work to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all members to share their experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community management, moderation, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of mental health topics and sensitivity to users' emotional well-being
• Ability to organize virtual events and activities
• Familiarity with forum software and social media platforms
• Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field is a plus
