- Work Location: Unhu Innovation Center, Iksana, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun - Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) - Working Days: Monday to Sunday - Weekly Off: Tuesday - Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 About the Role Unhu is building one of India’s most active and trusted founder communities, starting from Uttarakhand and expanding to cities like Delhi. We are hiring a Community Manager whose core responsibility is to manage, engage, grow and energise the Unhu Founders Community (UFC) and act as the Editor of Unhu Founders Journal. This role is ideal for a fresher who is confident, articulate, people-oriented and excited about startups, founders and storytelling. Core Responsibility To build, manage and expand the Unhu Founders Community while documenting founder journeys through Unhu Founders Journal, and acting as the visible, trusted face of the community. Key Responsibilities 1. Community Management & Growth Manage day-to-day engagement of the Unhu Founders Community (UFC). Identify active, high-potential and high-contribution members. Encourage participation in discussions, events, workshops and initiatives. Build strong relationships with founders and ensure they feel supported and heard. Help expand the community by onboarding and welcoming new founders. 2. Unhu Founders Journal – Editorial Role Act as the Editor of Unhu Founders Journal (online magazine). Interview founders, entrepreneurs and ecosystem members. Write clear, engaging articles and founder stories in English. Manage inbound requests from people who want to be featured in the Journal. Ensure regular publication and quality storytelling. 3. Events & Ecosystem Support Assist in planning and managing community events, meetups and workshops. Help founders understand Unhu’s offerings and connect them to the right internal teams. Support upselling, referrals and right-fit recommendations for founders based on their stage. 4. Brand Representation & On-Camera Presence Be the face of the Unhu community across content, interviews and events. Comfortable speaking on camera for videos, interviews and announcements. Represent the community, its values and its founders confidently and professionally.
