Role Description

This is a remote job for a Freelance SaaS Reseller. The Freelance SaaS Reseller will be responsible for promoting, selling, and reselling our comprehensive SaaS solutions to potential clients. The role involves identifying target customers, presenting sales pitches, handling client inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate will help in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities


  1. Product Promotion: Present and promote the company’s software products—highlighting features such as project management, HR, CRM, and billing tools—to prospective customers.
  2. Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication, relationship building, and tailored product demonstrations.
  3. Market Research: Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
  4. Networking: Utilize personal and professional networks, social media platforms, and business communities to expand reach and generate new leads.
  5. Self-Branding and Representation: Represent the Hive Five brand professionally in all communications and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  6. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ethical practices, and pricing structures as part of the reseller agreement.
  7. Upselling & Retention: Encourage upgrades, renewals, and referrals to increase recurring revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should be over 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must hold at least a high school certificate or a graduation degree
  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, affiliate marketing, or software reselling (preferred).
  • Strong networking and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple, value-driven terms.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing own schedules, and delivering measurable results.
  • Basic understanding of sales CRM or tracking tools.
  • Access to a laptop, reliable internet connection, and communication tools (email, Zoom, etc.).
  • Pass Company’s due diligence and complete mandatory onboarding and product training.
