Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi II to join our team at Club Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commi II or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
