Manage the sales process from inquiry to booking, including contract negotiations and closing deals. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless charter experiences for clients. Attend luxury events, boat shows, and networking functions to promote company services. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Maintain accurate records in software and provide regular sales reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required). years of experience in luxury sales, yacht charters, travel & hospitality, or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
