Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commi-I (Halwai) to join our team at Royal Kingdom Sarovar Portico. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Participate in menu costing and inventory management.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
