Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commi to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
