Commercial Growth Manager (Marketing, Sales & Fundraising) – Formula2gx Digital & AI Ventures

Join Formula2GX Digital & our AI Ventures Incubator in a hybrid commercial leadership role.

You will be responsible for driving growth by integrating advanced marketing, sales, and fundraising processes, powered by cutting-edge automation, creative technologies, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns

    targeting C-suite audiences, leveraging AI-powered content and creative assets.
  • Build, manage, and grow the sales pipeline,

    nurturing leads and closing deals with senior executives, partners, and investors.
  • Design and implement automation workflows

    for outreach, campaign management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Lead the end-to-end fundraising process:

  • Identify and research prospective investors, funds, and strategic partners

    across diverse regions and sectors.
  • Create strong, audience-tailored pitch decks

    using modern design and creative tools.
  • Manage outreach campaigns

    using email, LinkedIn, and specialized networks.
  • Arrange and coordinate investor meetings and presentations,

    both virtually and in person.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and conduct thorough follow-ups

    to advance investment discussions to closing.
  • Document all fundraising activities and results,

    generating regular process and outcome reports.
  • Provide market feedback and detailed analytics

    to inform and optimize commercial strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or startup fundraising.

  • Proven success managing the full fundraising process,

    from sourcing investors and crafting pitch decks to arranging meetings and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills

    —written and verbal, capable of producing persuasive messaging and presentations for senior decision-makers.
  • Advanced proficiency with automation, creative, and marketing platforms:

    n8n, Zapier, Make, Gumloop, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Sora, RunwayML.
  • Strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solver, and self-driven operator with high adaptability.

  • Direct experience in investor relations or closing startup funding rounds is highly valuable.

AI Agent & Multilingual Proficiency

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with AI agents for content creation, messaging, and strategic research in multiple languages and regions.

Key Platforms:

  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, LLAMA, as well as Indian (e.g., Krutrim, Sarvam AI) and Chinese AI agents (e.g., Baidu Ernie, Alibaba Tongyi, Zhipu, iFlytek Spark).

  • Expected Uses:

  • Create and customize pitches, outreach messages, proposals, and reports for diverse audiences.
  • Deliver thought leadership, campaigns, and communications in multiple languages—

    English, major Indian languages, Chinese, Turkish, Urdu, and others.

  • Use prompt engineering to generate tailored executive messaging and strategic insights for international clients, partners, and investors.
  • Support multilingual and multicultural outreach, ensuring relevance and impact in diverse regions.
Marketing & Sales Automation Platforms

You must demonstrate direct experience using best-in-class automation tools for streamlining marketing and sales processes, campaign orchestration, and creative asset production.

  • Key Platforms:

    Perplexity Agents, n8n, Make, Gumloop, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Premium, Canva, CapCut, Sora, RunwayML, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social.
  • Applications:

    Prospecting, campaign sequencing, automated multichannel outreach, dashboarding, and competitive analysis.
Fundraising & Investor Engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to source, qualify, and engage investors using platforms like DocSend, Crunchbase, and Notion AI.

  • Capable of creating standout pitch decks, managing targeted outreach, arranging and delivering persuasive investor presentations, and closing investment agreements.

  • Skilled in documenting fundraising activities and generating actionable reports for leadership review.

  • Creative, analytical, and highly data-driven.

  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to evolving needs.

Commercials take home is Base + Bonus and/or fixed price for specific activities and outcomes. Flexible for right candidate experience.
