What makes the role meaty?

1. Financial Planning & Budget Support

Assist with preparing maintenance budgets and tracking costs.
Compile financial data for routine reporting.
Support cost-saving initiatives through research and efficiency tracking.

2. Contract & Vendor Coordination

Review contracts for policy compliance and key issues.
Gather market data and support basic commercial analyses.
Maintain vendor records and track contract changes.

3. Procurement & Cost Control

Compare quotations and manage purchase orders.
Monitor deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
Support cost reviews and maintain pricing databases.

4. Team & Collaboration

Coordinate with Commercial & Maintenance teams for documentation and timelines.
Liaise with Finance and Ops for reporting.
Participate in internal meetings with basic analysis inputs.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

Ensure adherence to legal and governance standards.
Support audit readiness with documentation and clarifications.

We hope that you have...

Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or B.Com/BBA with project interest
4–6 years’ experience in commercial/project support (retail/construction preferred)
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contracts
Proficient in MS Excel; ERP exposure
Analytical, collaborative, and strong communication skills
