NBFC Collection Lifecycle Understanding Bucket-wise collections (0+, 1–30, 31–60, etc.) Soft, hard, and legal collections Skip tracing, field collections, tele-calling workflows Settlement, waiver, and restructure processes Key terms: DPD, POS, PTP, Roll Forward/Roll Back, Charge-off, NPA recognition Risk segmentation & customer profiling (e.g., chronic defaulters) 🛠️ Operational & Process Skills – Not Mandatory 2. Familiarity with Collection Tools & CRMs Tools like FinnOne, SAS, Credgenics, Collecto, Genesys, Salesforce Understanding of ticket handling, call logging, and queue management Dialers (auto/manual), SMS and WhatsApp reminders 📊 Reporting & Analytics – Mandatory 3. Collections Data & Dashboarding Skills Daily/weekly/monthly recovery tracking MIS reports: recovery vs. target, PTP conversion, flow-through Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, KPIs) 🧠 Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Mandatory 4. Collection Strategy Exposure Prioritization models (e.g., high-value/high-risk) Time-of-day optimization, digital nudges/reminders Exposure to scorecards or propensity models (non-technical understanding is fine) 🧭 Regulatory & Compliance Awareness – Mandatory 5.
