Job Summary

We are hiring a Collection Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of a collections team at our Ecotech-3, Greater Noida office. The role involves ensuring timely recoveries, maintaining portfolio health, monitoring field and tele-collection activities, and ensuring full compliance with RBI and NBFC collection guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of tele-callers and/or field collection executives.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets (current, overdue, bucket-wise).
• Allocate cases and portfolios (DPD-wise) to team members.
• Monitor call quality, field visits, PTPs, and resolution rates.
• Track and control bounce cases, roll-forward, and NPA movement.
• Ensure ethical collection practices in line with RBI and company policies.
• Handle customer escalations, disputes, and critical recovery cases.
• Conduct daily huddles, review meetings, and performance coaching.
• Prepare and share daily MIS, ageing reports, bucket movement, and recovery dashboards.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for recovery support.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and performance improvement of new collectors.
• Ensure timely updating of CRM / collection systems.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in NBFC / Bank / Financial Services collections.
• Minimum 1–2 years as a Collection Team Leader or Senior Collection Executive.
• Strong understanding of DPD buckets, NPA norms, and recovery cycles.
• Experience in secured or unsecured loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and collection CRMs.
