Job Description What You Will Do: Needs to Manage inhouse tele calling team (25-30 headcount), No field collection. Ensuring assigned targets are achieved Interact with High-Risk customers and get the account resolved Needs to Coordinate with Collection Manager or Bucket Manager and make sure the required process is followed or implemented. Needs to follow up on the Dialer Calls on requirement Ensure the entire tele calling team is giving required intensity and follow up. What You Will Need To Succeed: 1 to 2years' work experience in the collection process. Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred Excellent communication in English & Hindi.( Regional Language) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
