Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers via phone calls, emails, and field visits for EMI/loan recovery. Explain account status, payment terms, and consequences of default. Negotiate and implement suitable repayment plans. Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and recovery updates. Follow RBI and bank-specific collection guidelines and compliance policies. Coordinate with legal and field recovery teams for escalated cases. Meet monthly recovery targets and report performance regularly. Identify fraud or non-traceable accounts and escalate as needed. Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). 0–3 years of experience in banking/NBFC collections or customer support. Strong communication and negotiation skills (Telugu, English, and Hindi preferred). Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, MIS reporting). High level of patience, persistence, and professionalism. Willingness to travel for field visits if required. Preferred AttributesPrior experience in personal loans, credit card, or two-wheeler/vehicle loan collections. Understanding of RBI recovery norms.
