Collection Telecaller

*Job Title:* Collection Recovery Telecaller *Job Summary:* We're looking for a results-driven Collection Recovery Telecaller to join our team. As a Collection Recovery Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue accounts and negotiating payments to recover outstanding debts. Your goal will be to build rapport with customers, understand their financial situation, and work out payment plans that meet their needs while recovering debts for our clients. *Key Responsibilities:* - Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment options and negotiate settlements - Build rapport with customers, understand their financial situation, and empathize with their concerns - Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts for immediate attention - Develop and execute effective communication strategies to recover debts - Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and other arrangements that meet customer needs while achieving recovery goals - Accurately document customer interactions, payment agreements, and other relevant information in our system - Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall recovery rates *Requirements:* - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Basic knowledge of collection laws and regulations (training will be provided) - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude - Strong organizational and time management skills *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and incentives - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - Training and support to help you succeed in your role - Collaborative and dynamic work environment
