The role requires good communication, negotiation skills, and a professional approach with customers. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders. Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections. Maintain records of interactions, payments, and follow-ups in the system. Handle customer objections and provide solutions politely and effectively. Educate customers about payment options and deadlines.
