Job Overview

We are looking for a

Cluster Sales Manager

with 35 years of experience to join our team. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned territory, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering relationships with clients and distributors. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven sales experience, a passion for skincare and personal care products, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, penetrate untapped markets, and expand the brand presence.
  • Track, analyse, and optimize sales performance using data-driven insights.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing sales representatives.
  • Establish clear KPIs, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct structured performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Business Operations & Reporting

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless product availability.
  • Uphold company standards on pricing, promotions, and compliance policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care sectors.

Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Excel, and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Other Details

  • Must be open to extensive travel across assigned territories.
  • A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, and personal care industries will be an added advantage.
