Job OverviewVilvah Store Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Junior Executive - Customer Support. As a Junior Executive - Customer Support, you will handle customer queries accurately via phone, email or chat on time.Selected candidates will be placed in Coimbatore Office. There is no Work From Home opportunity. It is a Full-time Work from Office opportunity. Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.Inform customers about new features and functionalities.Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Final year students and 2023/2024 graduates eligible).Freshers are welcome to apply.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge in MS ExcelBasic understanding of CRM tools and customer support workflows.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Patience and professionalism in handling challenging customer interactions.Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes.
