The Cluster Manager – Human Resources is responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple locations within the cluster. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, and ensuring alignment of HR policies with organizational goals. The Cluster Manager serves as a trusted advisor to senior management, leads HR initiatives, and drives employee engagement to foster a positive and productive work environment across all sites.
- HR Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization’s overall objectives across the cluster.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure each site has skilled and qualified employees, meeting business needs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for employee relations issues within the cluster, resolving conflicts, handling grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Guide managers in performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, employee development plans, and addressing performance issues.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and manage programs to foster skills enhancement and career growth within the cluster.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all HR practices adhere to legal requirements and organizational policies, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Employee Engagement and Well-being: Develop and drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, work-life balance, and well-being to create a positive work environment.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and manage salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Cluster Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different locations within the cluster, ensuring a unified approach to HR practices and culture across sites.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a multi-site or cluster management role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations, with a track record of building strong, collaborative relationships.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR functions, employment law, and best practices in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in conflict resolution, with the ability to make sound decisions and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and tact.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to use data to inform decisions, measure success, and report on HR initiatives.
