We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and transactions directly at retailer stores. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between BytePe and the end customer, ensuring smooth operations and high conversion rates at the ground level.
Be physically present at assigned retail stores within the cluster on a daily basis. Educate customers about BytePes financing options (Low EMI, Return After 1 Year, etc.). Assist retailers in processing transactions through the BytePe platform. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned. Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve basic queries related to transactions or product offerings. Build and maintain a good relationship with store staff to drive BytePe preference. Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Report daily performance and updates to the Area Sales Manager.
