About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and drive our Cyber Security and Cloud Solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales, particularly in selling IT infrastructure, security solutions, and cloud services. This is a leadership role, requiring strategic thinking, team management, and client engagement capabilities across mid to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead business development efforts for Cyber Security (Firewalls, DLP, ZScaler, SOC, SIEM) and Cloud Solutions (Public/Private Cloud, Managed Services, Cloud Security).

·        Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in targeted verticals and regions.

·        Build and execute strategic account plans, handle key accounts, and drive high-value deal closures.

·        Engage with senior decision-makers: CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and Cloud Architects.

·        Own and deliver revenue targets, lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.

·        Collaborate with internal pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and solution delivery.

·        Maintain strong relationships with OEMs such as Cisco, ZScaler, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and others for enablement, pricing, and co-selling opportunities.

·        Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and continuously identify new go-to-market strategies.

·        Mentor and guide a team of junior sales/pre-sales professionals (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or Business. MBA preferred.

·        7+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise IT sales, with a strong focus on Cyber Security and Cloud.

·        Proven expertise in handling large enterprise clients and closing complex deals.

·        Hands-on knowledge of solutions like Firewalls, ZScaler, DLP, SOC, Cloud Security, Managed Cloud (Azure/AWS), etc.

·        Strong consultative selling and solution-building mindset.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
