Description
As a Cloud Service Sales Account Manager at BXI Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving cloud adoption and achieving sales growth targets for enterprise businesses. Your primary focus will be on helping clients navigate hybrid and multi-cloud environments to achieve measurable business outcomes and enhance customer experiences. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities aligned with client pain points, expanding existing accounts, and cultivating new business within assigned territories or industry verticals. Your role will also involve collaborating with cloud vendors and client sourcing teams to design and deliver competitive solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, positioning yourself as a "Trusted Advisor" and "Strategic Partner". - Identify and cultivate opportunities aligned to client pain points and strategic objectives in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. - Expand existing accounts and develop new business within assigned territories or industry verticals. - Drive the creation of qualified service pipeline opportunities through regular client engagement. - Collaborate with cloud vendors, OEMs, and client sourcing teams to design and deliver competitive solutions. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans with complete territory and sector-specific coverage. - Lead go-to-market campaigns with partners such as AWS, GCP, OCI, RedHat, Dell, HP, Cisco, Nutanix, Broadcom, and others. - Provide thought leadership by staying updated on emerging technologies like Gen AI, Blockchain, and Hybrid Cloud. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasted opportunities. - Consistently achieve assigned sales quotas for cloud services and consumption growth on a monthly and quarterly basis. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 8-12 years of direct sales or service sales experience, with a focus on cloud solutions. - Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud models, with a customer-success-oriented mindset. - Proven ability to build and maintain a valuable professional network with clients and partners. - Familiarity with selling technologies like public and private cloud, business analytics, data solutions, AI, and Gen AI. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in delivering impactful presentations. - Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep knowledge of industry trends and technological innovations, such as AI/Gen AI and Blockchain. - Experience with business and IT alignment in hybrid and multi-cloud service environments. - Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
