Role Description

Closing Manager


🔹

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Handle

    client walk-ins

    and serve as the face of the company during in-person meetings and site visits.
  • Manage

    end-to-end sales processes

    — from lead engagement to deal closure and documentation.
  • Deliver persuasive

    project pitches

    tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct effective

    negotiations

    and build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate

    pick-up and drop-off

    for clients visiting project sites.

Team & CRM Management

  • Lead and manage a team of tele callers

    , ensuring quality lead follow-up and accurate reporting.
  • Collect and review

    daily reports from callers

    , ensuring progress on assigned leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities using

    CRM tools

    .
  • Step in to conduct

    cold calling

    if required, to drive sales targets or fill pipeline gaps.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and submit detailed

    EOD (End-of-Day) reports

    summarizing sales performance, client updates, and team activity.
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth post-sale processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, client handling, or closing roles.
  • Strong communication and

    negotiation

    skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Prior experience in

    team handling

    , especially managing tele calling staff.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM systems

    like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Confident in giving presentations and explaining project features to clients.
  • Comfortable working on-site and traveling locally for client meetings.
  • Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
