Closing Manager

At 21 Storeys, the Closing Manager oversees the end-to-end process of finalizing property sales. The role ensures smooth documentation, payment coordination, and customer satisfaction during deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all post-sale activities until handover.
• Coordinate with clients, legal, and finance teams for documentation and payments.
• Ensure timely completion of agreements and registration.
• Maintain accurate records of closed deals and client details.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in real estate or sales operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,953.96 - ₹65,027.47 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
