Presales Executive

At 21 Storeys, the Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for managing leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in real estate or customer handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,225.28 - ₹22,639.83 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
