What You Will Do:

· Lead, guide, and motivate the Closing Team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

· Handle all closing-related activities including client meetings, negotiations, and documentation.

· Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, channel partners (Cps), and brokers to maximize closures.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and customer service.

· Collaborate with the Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

· Conduct sales reviews and performance analysis to identify gaps and areas of improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

· Represent the company in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi).

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.

· Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

· Smart, confident, and positive attitude with good problem-solving ability.

· Good local network and understanding of the Thane / MMR real estate market.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
