What you will do:

• Develop creative designs for branding, marketing campaigns (print & digital), social media feeds, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure a consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication materials.
• Create eye-catching and impactful graphics that effectively communicate marketing messages.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging tools/techniques in the design world.
• Understand the genre and target audience to develop visually engaging and trend-sensitive content.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life visually.
• Identify creative challenges and propose innovative design solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in creative design for branding and marketing.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator (AI) – knowledge of other modern tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, digital media, print materials, and social platforms.
• Attention to detail and passion for creativity.
