Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

• Lead the design process for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, email templates, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and website elements.
• Own and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conceptualize and design marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the marketing team to understand goals, audience, and messaging.

Creative Strategy:

• Work with the marketing team to create visual strategies that align with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Provide creative insights and solutions that align with market trends and the latest design best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with copywriters, content creators, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and compelling visual narrative.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelance designers when necessary, managing the creative process from concept to delivery.

Mentorship and Development:

• Lead, inspire, and provide mentorship to junior graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and professional development.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain the integrity of the brand identity across all design outputs and touchpoints.
• Create and update brand guidelines as needed.

Design Execution:

• Execute high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that are on-brand and on-message.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software, and design techniques, and implement them when appropriate.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Prioritize and organize work in a fast-paced environment, managing stakeholders expectations and ensuring a seamless workflow.

• Software Proficiency:

  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
