Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic & Visual Design

• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media using tools such as

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  , CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma, and Sketch.
• Develop brand-aligned creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  
• Apply strong understanding of

  color theory, typography, layout, and composition

  to deliver aesthetically balanced and impactful visuals.
• Design user-friendly, modern layouts for web, mobile, and UI/UX applications in tools like

  Figma or Sketch

  .
• Maintain consistency of branding across all visual outputs.
  

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Produce engaging

  motion graphics and basic animations

  using

  Adobe After Effects

  or similar tools.
• Create animated visual elements such as logo animations, title sequences, transitions, explainers, and dynamic social media content.
  
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize storyboards and motion concepts.
  

Video Editing

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content using tools like

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar

  .
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, color correction, and sound design to ensure high-quality final output.
  
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, ads, website, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with teams to understand video requirements and deliver creative storytelling through visuals.
  

Collaboration & Project Execution

• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project objectives and translate them into strong visual solutions.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts and ideas.
  
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver within deadlines.
  
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.
  

Quality Assurance & File Management

• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital channels.
  
• Maintain an organized asset library, working files, and project archives.
