Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting HR management initiatives, facilitating training and development programs, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

• Strong Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Salary Range - 25000 - 45000
